UX Audit
Trundl - Walking the talk of UX-driven impact.
UX research & product storytelling for a charity tech app that turns steps into donations.
Trundl needed more than just better UI, it needed a message users could walk behind. Through deep Jobs-to-be-Done interviews, brand audits, and user journey mapping, I uncovered the emotional drivers behind daily walks and helped reshape the app’s story. Working closely with strategists and copywriters, I delivered actionable UX insights, product strategy frameworks, and App Store assets, proving how research-led design elevates both function and feeling.

Charity Tech / Wellness
Client :
Trundl (via Kurve Agency)
Project Duration :
3 months (Part-Time)
PROBLEM :
Trundl’s value was clear, walk for a cause, but their app messaging, research structure, and App Store visuals lacked user resonance and competitive clarity. The product needed a UX strategy rooted in empathy and community motivation.
SOLUTIONS:
Using Design Thinking, I led user research, created a brand comparison, mapped journeys and JTBD insights, and co-developed a product messaging audit. I translated research into actionable design inputs and App Store A/B tests.
CHALLENGE:
With budget constraints limiting UI execution, the challenge was to make high-impact contributions through UX research, storytelling, and concept development, without direct access to the app or primary stakeholders.
SUMMARY:
Working with startup advisor Samuel Olsson and UX copywriter Sara Tenti, I conducted qualitative synthesis, structured JTBD interviews, built Affinity and Empathy Maps, and reframed value propositions. I also delivered a Visual Competitive Analysis and App Store slide variants for A/B testing.
