Become - The Most Important Person in Your Life

A personal growth app designed to bring clarity, balance, and purpose into everyday life.

Built during the final weeks of Ironhack's UX/UI bootcamp, "Become" is a wellness app designed to help people reconnect with themselves and prioritize emotional well-being in the chaos of daily life. With a fully developed UX research process, MVP strategy, and high-fidelity prototype, this project showcases my ability to transform abstract human needs into structured, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent digital experiences. Created in partnership with Hanna Kravets, the app reflects my core design mission: to empower growth, clarity, and self-worth through thoughtful design.

Daily Health Conference (Ironhack UX/UI Design Bootcamp)

Project Duration :

2 weeks

PROBLEM :

People often down-prioritize their emotional well-being due to busy lifestyles, which leads to burnout, low self-esteem, and mental clutter. Despite a booming wellness app market, there’s a gap for tools that integrate personal growth into daily life in a meaningful, non-overstimulating way.

SOLUTIONS:

We designed "Become," a mobile app that allows users to track personal growth tasks, build self-awareness, and stay consistent in their self-development journey. Our UX process included in-depth user interviews, qualitative research, concept testing, and usability feedback, all translated into a clean, emotionally grounded UI with accessible branding.

CHALLENGE:

Balancing a complex scope with limited time in a two-week sprint. As a team of two, we had to manage UX research, MVP scoping, testing, branding, and high-fidelity prototyping, while ensuring clarity, cohesion, and emotional resonance in every decision.

SUMMARY:

Our approach fused strategic UX frameworks (Lean UX Canvas, MoSCoW, Empathy Maps, JTBD) with emotional insight, resulting in a unique value proposition within the crowded mHealth market. We conducted both qualitative and quantitative research, defined user personas (like "Conscious Chloé"), built a structured sitemap and wireframes, tested usability, and designed a calm, inclusive brand system. The final prototype included offline capabilities, anonymous sharing, goal tracking, and accessibility features like screen reader compatibility and color-safe UI. The project not only sharpened my skills in full-cycle UX/UI, but also reaffirmed my commitment to design that empowers introspection and self-worth.
